Assurance AI is clinician-led. Khalid combines experience of regulated healthcare practice as a UK registered pharmacist and independent prescriber with digital clinical safety and healthcare AI assurance work for organisations selling into the NHS.
That combination shapes the work. Hazards are identified from the clinical pathway rather than from a template, human oversight is designed around what a busy clinician can realistically do, and evidence is written so a reviewer, an incident investigator or a future colleague can follow the reasoning.
How we think about clinical safety
Safety reasoning first, documentation second
Good clinical safety work starts with the product's intended use, the clinical workflow it sits in, how real users behave, the failure modes that are foreseeable, the clinical consequences that follow and the impact on the patient. Templates record that reasoning; they cannot replace it.
Clinical judgement before paperwork
Documentation is the output of clinical risk thinking, not a substitute for it.

Where guidance is unsettled, we say so. Manufactured certainty is a safety risk of its own.

We provide clinical safety, NHS digital health assurance and healthcare AI assurance support. We are not a regulator, certification body or statutory auditor, and we do not approve, certify or accredit products. Where independent verification is required, it must come from an appropriately accredited provider.
