Terms governing use of the Assurance AI website and platform.

1. Nature of service

Assurance AI provides advisory, implementation and readiness support and a supporting software platform. It is not a regulator, law firm, accredited certification body or statutory auditor.

2. No legal or clinical advice

Content on this site and outputs from the platform, including Risk Check results, do not constitute legal, clinical or safety advice and must not be relied on as such.

3. Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful content, patient records, clinical notes or identity documents; attempt to disrupt the service; or use it to make automated decisions about people without human oversight.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions of users under your organisation.

5. Liability

Liability limits will be set out in the applicable order form or master services agreement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
