Terms governing use of the Assurance AI website and the NHS Readiness Check.
1. Nature of service
Assurance AI is a clinician-led consultancy providing advisory, implementation and readiness support, together with the online tools published on this website, such as the NHS Readiness Check. It is not a regulator, law firm, accredited certification body or statutory auditor.
2. No legal or clinical advice
Content on this site and outputs from our online tools, including NHS Readiness Check results, do not constitute legal, clinical or safety advice and must not be relied on as such.
3. Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful content, patient records, clinical notes or identity documents; attempt to disrupt the service; or use it to make automated decisions about people without human oversight.
4. Accounts
Where we provide access to a secure online workspace as part of an engagement, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions of users under your organisation.
5. Liability
Liability limits will be set out in the applicable order form or master services agreement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
