Assurance AI provides advisory, implementation and readiness support. It is not a regulator, law firm, accredited certification body or statutory auditor.
Risk Check scores are structured self-assessment outputs. They do not constitute legal compliance, formal certification, safety approval or independent assurance. A high score, including “Evidence-ready”, does not imply certification or verification by an independent body.
Where independent verification, clinical safety sign-off, information-security certification or formal regulatory advice is required, this must be obtained from an appropriately accredited independent provider.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to Assurance AI and for the decisions you take based on our outputs.
